So that you won’t get lost and could easily find a store or service you need, we have developed a navigation system. On the 1st floor near the reception, you can use the interactive navigation guide.

We are solicitous about the safety of you and yours! The whole building of TBC and the adjacent territory are monitored and closed watched, modern alerting and fire extinguishing systems were installed to prevent contingent situations.

Parking lots on the territory of our TBC are open for the visitors’ convenience. Entries are possible from Purkaeva and Komsomolskaya streets. Opening hours: 10:00 - 22:00

It’s no problem if you’re not at the wheels. Ask our receptionists to call a taxi for you. They will do it free of charge and inform you on the time and place of taxi arrival.

In our shopping center your shoes will be in perfect condition. Just use a shoe shine machine. It is located inside the central entrance space (Komsomolskaya street).

You can shop as long as you like, because you can have coffee and a light meal by visiting the Cheese Bar on the 1st floor, the Stolitsa restaurant on the 3rd floor or the Toyohara Japanese restaurant on the 10th floor of the Stolitsa business center.

All the floors of the shopping center are equipped with modern and comfortable OTIS escalators. You can move up and down, but for your safety please read the escalator use rules. 

To keep your hands clean we have placed hand sanitizers at the reception area. Just apply to your hands. It is very convenient as no rinsing is required.
